Discover the comprehensive benefits included in our Direct Primary Care (DPC) membership:

Up to 24 medical consultations annually including tele-health visits.
Annual Wellness Exam.
Annual Flu Vaccination.
Comprehensive Annual Laboratory Tests, including Complete Blood Count (CBC), Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP), lipid profile, Hemoglobin A1C, Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH), and Prostate-Specific Antigen (PSA) tests, urine analysis.
Yearly Electrocardiogram (EKG).
Up to one breathing treatment per visit.
Access to Additional Laboratory Tests at Reduced Costs.
Generic Medications at Reduced Prices (soon to be available).

Please note, we do not prescribe controlled medications for chronic pain (such as opioids, oxycodone, hydrocodone) or ADHD (e.g., Adderall XR, Concerta, Ritalin).

While the Heal-DPC Membership Package offers extensive primary care services, it is not a substitute for health insurance. We strongly advise maintaining health insurance for comprehensive coverage, including imaging, specialty care, emergency visits, and hospital stays.

*A 12-month commitment with automatic payments (bank account or credit/debit card) is required. All new members are subject to a one-time enrollment fee of $50, charged alongside the first month’s fee.

Keep in mind, the fees mentioned are introductory rates for the first year. Rates are subject to change in the subsequent years.
